How do I know if my reservation is confirmed and can I make changes?

As soon as you have completed the booking process you will see the the confirmation page. This page shows all of your reservation details, including the booking number and hotel details.
We also send you a confirmation email with all your booking information. Note that you can only cancel a room without charges if that is allowed in the cancellation policy for that room. In any case we would recommend to contact us and let us assist you.
